    Everything old is new again, then old again then new again, then...
    In 1966 Truman Capote famously threw his "Black and White Ball," the party to which everyone who was anyone wanted an invitation. Black and white dress, ONLY.
    To those that mattered and to whom it mattered it was simply EVERYTHING. Except for those who weren't invited.
